    We don’t offer beauty in the salon but do offer recommendations to a local skin therapist Jemma

  • Where are you located?

    Mickleover-Derby

    We are located in the heart of Mickleover village. 10 minutes from Derby city centre. Positioned next to Sainsbury’s local.

  • How do I book an appointment?

    Download the ‘FRESHA’ app

    The easiest way is to download the ‘Fresha app’ and create a profile for yourself then you will have access to 24/7 bookings!

  • Do you have parking?

    YES

    We don’t have an official car park however you can park in front of the salon (depending on availability). All side roads are unrestricted.

    Sainsbury’s is 30 minutes stay.

  • Do I need a consultation?

    YES - Book here

    We recommend that all new clients begin with our Step 1 appointment.

    This dedicated time with one of our hair experts allows us to understand your hair history, goals, lifestyle and hair type, while completing any strand testing, colour matching or patch testing required.

    You’ll receive honest, bespoke advice, a clear plan, and an estimated cost and timescale for your hair journey.

    From there, you can decide with confidence whether we’re the right salon for you.

    You can also complete our free online consultation first as an initial enquiry.

  • Should i wash my hair before my colour appointment?

    YES.

    We have all heard the tale of ‘don’t wash your hair before a colour appointment’.

    IT’S A MYTH! -We love clean hair.

    Achieving high-end colour is best suited to clean, dry hair.

    Curly Girls- Arrive at the salon with hair in its natural state ( not straightened) with minimal product as possible, as all our curly cutting and shaping is done on dry hair.

  • What products do you use?

    We are a results-led salon.

    We don’t solely use one brand we believe in having the best of everything just for your hair needs, even if that does mean searching the market for the best bits in the industry!

  • Are your products cruelty free

    Yes, all product brands are cruelty-free.

  • Does a cut & finish include a style?

    YES.

    A cut & finish is a wash cut blowdry and styled with either waves curls or straight.

    If your hair is long/Thick a additional charge will be added.
